Send your floor plan for a free lighting consultation, over Zoom or at a showroom. Our light specialist goes through your floor plan room by room and recommends the fittings for each space, with a quotation for the fittings and their installation. Thinking about smart switches or smart lighting too? Mention it when you send your floor plan.

Please send: your floor plan (PDF or photo), the ceiling height, whether the ceiling is a false ceiling or concrete, whether each room needs lights or a fan, what each room is used for, and your budget range.

Make it smart while the walls are open

A renovation is a good time to plan smart switches and smart lighting, because switch positions and cabling are settled before the walls and ceilings are closed. Tell us what you want to control when you send your floor plan. Not sure what to automate? Try smart home scenes online and plan your setup.

Smart options on our site:

• Smart switches: the Mausklick Series – Smart Switch needs a Zigbee hub and works with Google Home voice commands. Scene control models, such as the Avantgarde Series – 2G DIM / CCT Scene Control, are in the same smart switch category.
• Smart lighting: the HaloPro Duo Smart Surface Spotlight 24W connects to a Zigbee hub and is adjusted through a mobile app or a voice assistant such as Alexa or Google Home. More in smart lighting .

How installation works

1. Enquire. Tap WhatsApp or use the form below. Tell us what you need and where, and send photos or your floor plan.
2. Quote confirmed before any work is scheduled. Our team replies with a quotation and confirms the full quotation with you.
3. Installation. Professional installers carry out the work.
4. Handover. The finished installation is handed over to you.

What we install, and what may be charged extra

We arrange installation of:

• Lights and fixtures: ceiling lights, downlights, chandeliers and similar, new or replacement.
• Ceiling fans, new or replacement. See what is included when a ceiling fan is installed .
• Water heater installation: instant or storage electric heaters, new or replacement. Gas water heaters are installed by City Energy.
• Something else? Choose Other in the form and describe it.

Depending on your site, additional charges may apply, such as:

• Piping adjustment
• Over-height charges
• Ceiling patching / making good
• Ceiling reinforcement
• Wiring extend / adjustment
• Additional power point

HDB flats, condos and commercial premises

• HDB flats. In an HDB flat, HDB’s Renovation Guidelines for Electrical Works state: “All wiring installation work must be carried out by an EMA licensed electrical worker”.
• False ceilings in HDB flats. HDB’s Renovation Guidelines for Building Works set conditions for installing false ceilings, including: “For installation of false ceilings, the minimum clearance height of 2.4 metres measured from finished floor level (not applicable for toilets and bathrooms)”. • Offices, factories and shops. Send the floor plan and photos of the site first, with the ceiling height and ceiling type.
