Return & Refund Policy
At LightingHub, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All accessories and parts must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Return transport costs are borne by the customer
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Kindly provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- Repair (if applicable), or
- A refund (if replacement is not available)
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before processing.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used lighting products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Light bulbs, tubes, or consumable items
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
4. Installation Notice
All lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with Singapore safety standards.
LightingHub is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Electrical wiring issues
- Installation or labour costs
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped or collected, the order will fall under our return policy.
Special-order items cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
