General Warranty Terms

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, power surges, improper installation, environmental factors, unauthorized modifications, or tampering.
  • Products installed by third-party installers may be subject to service charges or limited warranty support depending on brand policy.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Products or brands not specifically stated on this page will be covered under the respective manufacturer's official warranty policy.
  • Warranty duration stated on the purchase invoice shall supersede website information if applicable.
  • On-site warranty applies within Singapore only.
  • Lighting Hub and respective manufacturers reserve the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval.
  • Warranty terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.

⚠️ Repair & Support Fees

WiFi-Related Onsite Support (Mowe Smart Products): A minimum fee of $150 (inclusive of GST) applies for onsite assistance required due to WiFi name or password changes.

Third-Party Applications: Smart products should be paired with the recommended application for troubleshooting support. No backend or troubleshooting support will be provided for products connected to unsupported third-party applications.
